I am using a KP-200 remote keyboard which prompts the user for input at print time, but the prompted data does not appear on the label.  Why is this?

Labels which collect ‘fill’ data from the user via the remote keyboard must comprise only printer fonts.  Some font types, including some barcode elements, cannot be constructed by the printer and are consequently skipped.

Some barcode elements, such as Windows fonts, are not included in the printer’s own character set, making it necessary for the computer to construct and download an image to the printer instead of sending ASCII character codes.

The KP-200 is a dumb keyboard with no user memory.  It simply provides access to label files which you have downloaded to the printer (if any) and it cannot convert Windows fonts to images.
